Aviagen is committed to providing meaningful and high-quality technical transfer and support to their Ross grandparent partners throughout the Middle East and Africa. Under the umbrella of the Ross Middle East and Africa Association (RMEAA), one of the key events in the calendar is the Customer Service Team (CST) meeting, which brings together the technical and production staff from the grandparent partners throughout the region. The CST's in turn ensure successful transfer of information, knowledge and technology to their customers and thereby provide excellent service and support to their local industries.
